Such a great class! Ceci is so knowledgeable about everything pasta-related and has a very professional way to explain things. The selection of pastas was excellent and the pairing sauces worked perfectly. The venue was lovely, such a big kitchen and loads of space for all the team. A great team building event for any pasta lovers!

Cannot echo how well the workshop went. It was incredible to have a fresh pasta class directed by Cecilia who explains and demos tasks perfectly and corrects anyone who is a bit lost. My team was delighted with the new earned skills and they found the class funny and dynamic. Everyone wanted Cecilia’ details afterwards. Great team building idea!

It was wonderful to have staff members from Boston, London, Hong Kong and Sydney sign up to the classes and enjoy such a positive team bonding experience. You made it fun, relaxed and interactive whilst making it easy for the less experienced cooks to follow and provided excellent tips and learning for the more experience cooks and ‘foodies’ within our team.
