Professional Pasta Maker, Chef & Teacher. Passionate about fresh handmade pasta and a firm believer that there’s nothing like the taste and satisfaction of homemade pasta & food.

It was my Nonna Elena who inspired me to start this pasta journey, she was the one who passed on all her recipes from her family in Lazio, cooking techniques and above all her passion for food and cooking to her whole family.  I remember when I was a child, I would start to guess what she was cooking just by the smell, and she would guide me through and even let me taste her food blind. Little did I know that this was the kickstart of my passion for Italian cuisine many years later. I still play the same game and think about her, I miss you Nonnina!

After several years of kneading, rolling, cooking & teaching pasta in various London restaurants, trattorias & cookery schools, I can confirm that this is my passion. Not just making & cooking pasta, but teaching it, sharing my knowledge and helping to discover this culinary art.  I put all my devotion, focus and love into every piece of pasta I create and teach.

In the Pasta Experiences you’ll learn the whole process of making pasta, from kneading the dough to shaping and cooking the pasta. With lots of explanations and tricks to achieve a great result. My favourite pasta recipes will be shared with you, so whether you’re a beginner or an experienced cook, I’m sure you’ll enjoy my classes.

That’s why I created Luppi’s Pasta – School of Pasta, to share my passion into  private classes and online workshops. We learn by doing, it gives us confidence and empowers us to strive for more, to want more and to be a better version of ourselves every day. Luppi’s Pasta will guide you and give you all the tools you need to fill your home with delicious flavours and handmade pasta.
