We had a wonderful in-home pasta experience with Ceci at home. All the ingredients and equipment were prepared, we were fascinated by how pasta is made from scratch, and learnt so many tips about sauces and cooking in general! We made our own tagliatelle, and two different shapes of pasta ripiena (filled pasta) with our own hands which was so much fun! Then it was time to cook and sample everything! What a great way of spending an afternoon with your loved ones, learning and sampling the freshest of pastas. We really recommend this activity to all those foodies out there. Thank you Ceci xxx

I didn’t think the online pasta making class would be that much fun. Ceci had organised everything very well. We learned lots of tips from cutting the vegetables to make a mushroom ragu and making delicious pasta. Thanks again Ceci!! All my best xx

Super special intimate experience with a very knowledgeable and fun teacher! It's the second time I‘veI booked a class with Ceci and this time my nephews came over to have a pasta party at home. I was scouring the internet for gluten free pasta class and was lucky to find Ceci, she put all my worries at ease and tailored a Gluten free class for my self and a regular pasta class for my husband, all so well cared for cross contamination, working on different countertops and first cooking my GF pasta and then the rest. We opted for the full experience and the aubergine & nduja starter was a dream and the chocolate mousse with almond praline was devoured in seconds. I was extremely happy to be eating fresh pasta again! thank you Ceci!
